Thrive Massage Studio, previously known as Respite Massage, has been providing therapeutic massage since 2016. We aim to provide a relaxing environment where you can feel restored and revitalized. Life gets crazy and our bodies carry the stress and trauma of life within its tissues. At Thrive, our goal is to take the time to hear what you need at each session in order to address your current needs. You may find your needs are different between sessions, so we make sure to adjust our delivery to best help you get back to a state where you can keep doing the things you love...and the things that just need to get done, without feeling in pain all the time.

Every body is different. Every body has been through unique experiences and each body carries and holds those experiences differently.
